How do we work with our customers?
Step by step guide:
- We’ll define together your specs, at system and subsystem level thinking to the industrialization, reliability, Functional safety and testing as part of specs.
- We will setup a good validation and homologation plan that have to be done at the beginning of your project.
- Now we can develop your Hardware, Software and Mechanics and collaborate with you using proper project management tools to avoid confusion and version’s mix-up.
- Debug and validate prototype up to dizziness on several run of proto and with different teams. Bugs are always hidden and we must find them before your customer.
- Refine the project, make EOL testing systems that will cover 100% of test cases, launch it in volume.
Those steps seems simple, but they came from years and years of errors transformed in experience for your benefit.
